Article D4622-32 of the French Labour Code

The inter-company committee or the inspection commission is informed :

1° Any change of sector or assignment of a doctor in a company or establishment with fifty or more employees;

2° Observations and formal notices issued by the Labour Inspectorate relating to the tasks of the prevention and occupational health services and the measures taken to comply with them;

3° Technical observations made by the Occupational Medical Inspectorate and the measures taken to comply with them;

4° Action taken on suggestions it has made;

5° The state of application of the clauses of the collective agreements or conventions relating to the activity and missions of the occupational health and prevention services where these agreements or conventions concern one or more of the undertakings belonging to these services.

Le comité interentreprises ou la commission de contrôle est informé :


1° De tout changement de secteur ou d’affectation d’un médecin d’une entreprise ou d’un établissement de cinquante salariés et plus ;


2° Des observations et des mises en demeure de l’inspection du travail relatives aux missions des services de prévention et de santé au travail et des mesures prises pour s’y conformer ;


3° Des observations d’ordre technique faites par l’inspection médicale du travail et des mesures prises pour s’y conformer ;


4° Des suites données aux suggestions qu’il a formulées ;


5° De l’état d’application des clauses des accords ou conventions collectifs relatives à l’activité et aux missions des services de prévention et de santé au travail dès lors que ces accords ou conventions intéressent une ou plusieurs des entreprises adhérentes à ces services.
