The inspection committee is set up and then renewed at the initiative of the chairman of the occupational health and safety service.

If the inspection committee has not been set up or renewed due to a lack of candidates, the chairman will draw up a report. The chairman shall communicate the minutes to the employees by any means. Within a fortnight, the Chairman will send the minutes to the Regional Director for Business, Competition, Consumer Affairs, Labour and Employment.

La commission de contrôle est constituée puis renouvelée à la diligence du président du service de prévention et de santé au travail.

Lorsque, par défaut de candidatures, la commission de contrôle n’a pas été constituée ou renouvelée, un procès-verbal est établi par le président. Celui-ci communique, par tout moyen, le procès-verbal aux salariés. Il le transmet dans les quinze jours au directeur régional des entreprises, de la concurrence, de la consommation, du travail et de l’emploi.
