Article D4626-1 of the French Labour Code

The provisions of Chapters I to V apply to the health, social and medico-social establishments mentioned in article 2 of law no. 86-33 of 9th January 1986 containing special provisions relating to the hospital civil service, subject to the provisions of this chapter.

Les dispositions des chapitres Ier à V s’appliquent aux établissements de santé, sociaux et médico-sociaux mentionnés à l’article 2 de la loi n° 86-33 du 9 janvier 1986 portant dispositions particulières relatives à la fonction publique hospitalière, sous réserve des dispositions du présent chapitre.
