Article D4626-7 of the French Labour Code

The annual report is presented at the same time as the report mentioned in article D. 4626-32 and the social report to the establishment’s technical committee, the establishment’s medical committee and the social and economic committee. It is forwarded, together with any comments made by these bodies, within one month, to the Regional Director for Business, Competition, Consumer Affairs, Labour and Employment.
