Article D4626-32 of the French Labour Code

Each year, after consultation with the multidisciplinary team, the occupational physician draws up an activity report which must be appended to the social balance sheet.

This annual report is presented at the same time as the report mentioned in article D. 4626-6 and the social balance sheet to the establishment’s technical committee, the establishment’s medical committee and the social and economic committee. It is sent, together with any comments made by these bodies, within one month to the addressee specified in article D. 4626-7.

Le médecin du travail établit chaque année, après consultation de l’équipe pluridisciplinaire, un rapport d’activité qui doit être annexé au bilan social.

Ce rapport annuel est présenté en même temps que celui mentionné à l’article D. 4626-6 et que le bilan social au comité technique d’établissement, à la commission médicale d’établissement et au comité social et économique. Il est transmis assorti des observations éventuelles de ces instances dans un délai d’un mois au destinataire prévu à l’article D. 4626-7.
