Article D4626-5 of the French Labour Code

When the autonomous occupational health and prevention service groups together several establishments under an agreement, the total amount of expenditure is divided between the establishments concerned in proportion to the physical headcount of all the staff employed by each of them at 31 December of the last calendar year.

Lorsque le service autonome de prévention et de santé au travail regroupe par convention plusieurs établissements, le montant total des dépenses est réparti entre les établissements intéressés proportionnellement à l’effectif physique de l’ensemble des agents employés par chacun d’eux au 31 décembre de la dernière année civile.
