Article D49-69 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

Even outside the case provided for by articles 712-16-1 and 712-16-2 and D. 49-68, the victim may be notified by the sentence enforcement judge of any decision providing for his or her compensation in the context of a probationary suspension, a suspension with an obligation to perform community service, a socio-judicial supervision or a sentence adjustment measure, and of the fact that he or she may inform this magistrate in the event of a breach by the convicted person of his or her obligations.

Même hors le cas prévu par les articles 712-16-1 et 712-16-2 et D. 49-68, la victime peut être avisée par le juge de l’application des peines de toute décision prévoyant son indemnisation dans le cadre d’un sursis probatoire, d’un sursis avec obligation d’accomplir un travail d’intérêt général, d’un suivi socio-judiciaire ou d’une mesure d’aménagement de peine, et du fait qu’elle peut informer ce magistrat en cas de violation par le condamné de ses obligations.
