Article D5131-23 of the French Labour Code

1° The amount above which the resources mentioned in article R. 5131-22 can no longer be fully combined with the flat-rate amount of the allowance mentioned in article L. 5131-6 is set at €300 ;

2° The coefficient of degressivity mentioned in 2° of article R. 5131-20 is defined as the division of the flat-rate amount set in article D. 5131-19 by the difference between 80% of the gross monthly amount of the minimum growth wage and the amount set in 1° of this article.

Article D5131-23

1° Le montant au-delà duquel les ressources mentionnées à l’article R. 5131-22 ne sont plus intégralement cumulables avec le montant forfaitaire de l’allocation mentionnée à l’article L. 5131-6 est fixé à 300 € ;

2° Le coefficient de dégressivité mentionné au 2° de l’article R. 5131-20 est défini comme la division du montant forfaitaire fixé à l’article D. 5131-19 par la différence entre 80 % du montant mensuel brut du salaire minimum interprofessionnel de croissance et le montant fixé au 1° du présent article.
