Article D5132-41 of the French Labour Code

For the application of the third paragraph of article L. 5132-3-1, the département’s monthly contribution to financial aid is equal, for each employee on work integration who was, prior to his or her recruitment, in receipt of the active solidarity income financed by the département, to 88% of the lump sum mentioned in article L. 262-2 of the code de l’action sociale et des familles applicable to a single-person household, within the limit of the duration of the agreement with the work integration structure concerned.

Pour l’application du troisième alinéa de l’article L. 5132-3-1, la participation mensuelle du département aux aides financières est égale, pour chaque salarié en insertion qui était, avant son embauche, bénéficiaire du revenu de solidarité active financé par le département, à 88 % du montant forfaitaire mentionné à l’article L. 262-2 du code de l’action sociale et des familles applicable à un foyer composé d’une seule personne, dans la limite de la durée de conventionnement avec la structure d’insertion par l’activité économique concernée.
