The recruitment on an open-ended contract of a person mentioned in article L. 5132-15-1-1 is declared by electronic means, using the teleservice mentioned in article R. 5132-1-19. Where applicable, the termination of the employment contract is declared in the same way.

L’embauche en contrat à durée indéterminée d’une personne mentionnée à l’article L. 5132-15-1-1 est déclarée, par voie dématérialisée, en utilisant le téléservice mentionné à l’article R. 5132-1-19. Le cas échéant, la rupture de contrat de travail est déclarée selon les mêmes modalités.
