Article D5134-148 of the French Labour Code

The application for an agreement is made by submitting a file that includes in particular:
1° A presentation of the employing organisation, its project and its objectives;
2° The number and characteristics of the posts;
3° The sensitive urban areas or other priority areas in the city contracts for which the project is to be set up;
4° In the case of private not-for-profit organisations, the articles of association and accounts for the last full financial year, or the profit and loss account and balance sheet if one has been drawn up;
5° The projected budget for the action, specifying in particular the financial contributions for remuneration, training or supervision obtained from outside the State.

La demande de convention se traduit par le dépôt d’un dossier qui comprend notamment :
1° La présentation de l’organisme employeur, de son projet et de ses objectifs ;
2° Le nombre et les caractéristiques des postes ;
3° Les zones urbaines sensibles ou les autres territoires prioritaires des contrats de ville au bénéfice duquel le projet doit se mettre en place ;
4° Pour les organismes privés à but non lucratif, les statuts et les comptes pour le dernier exercice complet ou le compte de résultat et le bilan lorsque celui-ci est établi ;
5° Le budget prévisionnel de l’action, précisant notamment les contributions financières au titre de la rémunération, de la formation ou de l’encadrement obtenues en dehors de l’Etat.
