Chapter IV: Assisted employment contracts

No recruitment may take place before the date on which the agreement is signed.

The Prefect monitors the performance of the agreement. To this end, the employer shall provide, at his request, any information needed to verify the proper implementation of the agreement and the reality of the jobs created.

Agreements concluded, in application of article L. 5134-3, with public or contracted educational establishments are examined, signed and terminated by the education authorities and carried out under their supervision, when the planned activities are directly involved in educational action. Agreements relating to extracurricular activities are the responsibility of the Prefect, who consults the education authorities on the draft agreements concerned.
