One or more periods of work experience may be prescribed for an employee on an employment support contract, with his agreement and that of his employer.

Each of these periods is the subject of an agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in Chapter V of this Title, subject to the provisions of this sub-section.

Une ou plusieurs périodes de mise en situation en milieu professionnel peuvent être prescrites à un salarié en contrat d’accompagnement dans l’emploi, avec son accord et celui de son employeur.

Chacune de ces périodes fait l’objet d’une convention selon les modalités prévues au chapitre V du présent titre, sous réserve des dispositions prévues par la présente sous-section.
