The future employment contract is concluded in the form of, depending on the case :
1° In the case of an employer mentioned in 2° or 3° of Article L. 5134-111, a fixed-term employment support contract of at least twelve months and no more than thirty-six months, governed by the provisions of section 1-1 and section 2 of this chapter, subject to the specific provisions of this section ;
2° In the case of the other employers mentioned in Article L. 5134-111, depending on their situation, an employment support contract governed by the provisions of Section 1.1 and Section 2 of this Chapter or an initiative-employment contract governed by the provisions of Section 1.1 and Section 3 of this Chapter, subject to the specific provisions of this Section.
