Article D5134-1 of the French Labour Code

The condition of employment provided for in 2° of article L. 5134-1 is assessed from the end of schooling and excluding periods of work completed under the following employment contracts:

1° Apprenticeship contracts ;

2° Contrat d’accompagnement dans l’emploi ;

3° the initiative-employment contract

4° The professionalisation contract;

5° (Repealed) ;

6° Contracts signed with an employer covered by the provisions of article L. 5132-1 relating to integration through economic activity.

Article D5134-1

La condition d’activité prévue au 2° de l’article L. 5134-1 est appréciée à compter de la fin de la scolarité et à l’exclusion des périodes de travail accomplies en exécution des contrats de travail suivants :

1° Le contrat d’apprentissage ;

2° Le contrat d’accompagnement dans l’emploi ;

3° Le contrat initiative-emploi ;

4° Le contrat de professionnalisation ;

5° (Abrogé) ;

6° Les contrats conclus avec un employeur relevant des dispositions de l’article L. 5132-1 relatif à l’insertion par l’activité économique.
