Article R5134-21 of the French Labour Code

With the exception of the registration number in the National Register for the Identification of Natural Persons and, where applicable, the number of the recipient of the Active Solidarity Income financed by the département, the data in the data processing is only used for the purposes mentioned in 1°, 2° and 4° of article R. 5134-18 by the employees of the administrations and bodies mentioned below, designated and authorised by the authority responsible for these administrations and bodies:

1° The decentralised departments of the Minister for Employment in the département ;

2° The local agencies of Pôle emploi ;

3° The bodies mentioned in article D. 5134-14, for aid granted on behalf of the State;

4° Where applicable, the département, when requested by the president of the département council, for aid it has allocated.

Article R5134-21

A l’exception du numéro d’inscription au répertoire national d’identification des personnes physiques et, le cas échéant, du numéro d’allocataire du revenu de solidarité active financé par le département, sont destinataires des données du traitement pour les nécessités liées aux seules finalités mentionnées aux 1°, 2° et 4° de l’article R. 5134-18 les agents des administrations et organismes mentionnés ci-après, désignés et habilités par l’autorité responsable de ces administrations et organismes :

1° Les services déconcentrés du ministre chargé de l’emploi dans le département ;

2° Les agences locales de Pôle emploi ;

3° Les organismes mentionnés à l’article D. 5134-14, pour les aides attribuées au nom de l’Etat ;

4° Le cas échéant, le département, lorsque le président du conseil départemental le demande, pour les aides qu’il a attribuées.
