Article R5134-22 of the French Labour Code

To enable the agents of the statistical services of the Minister for Employment designated and authorised by the authority responsible for these services to carry out the operations provided for in 4° and 5° of article R. 5134-18, the latter are recipients of the data from the processing, with the exception of the registration number in the national register for the identification of natural persons.

These data may not be kept by the statistical services of the Minister for Employment beyond the period required to carry out these operations and at the latest five years after the end of the job placement assistance.

Pour permettre aux agents des services statistiques du ministre chargé de l’emploi désignés et habilités par l’autorité responsable de ces services de conduire les opérations prévues aux 4° et 5° de l’article R. 5134-18, ces derniers sont destinataires des données du traitement, à l’exception du numéro d’inscription au répertoire national d’identification des personnes physiques.

Ces données ne peuvent être conservées par les services statistiques du ministre chargé de l’emploi au-delà de la période nécessaire à la conduite de ces opérations et au plus tard cinq ans après le terme de l’aide à l’insertion professionnelle.
