Article D5134-10 of the French Labour Code

When payment of the aid has been suspended following a vacancy due to a breach of the employment contract, there is no resumption of payment of the State aid.
However, payment of the aid may be resumed for posts for which the initial agreements have been the subject of an amendment extending the duration of the aid to a period in excess of sixty months.
Legal entities requesting the resumption of aid must submit a request to the Prefect, who will check the conditions under which the agreement has been fulfilled at the date of the request.

Lorsque le paiement de l’aide a été suspendu à la suite d’une vacance de poste due à une rupture du contrat de travail, il n’y a pas de reprise du versement de l’aide de l’Etat.
Le versement de l’aide peut cependant être repris pour les postes pour lesquels les conventions initiales ont fait l’objet d’un avenant portant la durée de l’aide à une période supérieure à soixante mois.
Les personnes morales qui en sollicitent la reprise en font la demande au préfet qui vérifie les conditions d’exécution de la convention à la date de la demande.
