Article R5134-166 of the French Labour Code

By way of derogation from articles R. 5134-42 or R. 5134-65, depending on the case, a decree by the Minister for Employment and the Minister for the Budget sets the rates of reimbursement determining the amount of financial aid relating to future employment.
