Article D5134-3 of the French Labour Code

The youth employment agreement referred to in 1° of Article L. 5134-2 specifies in particular :
1° A description of the activities envisaged;
2° The number of positions and the nature of the employment contracts giving entitlement to the aid whose creation is envisaged;
3° The fixing of the period, of twelve months at most from the conclusion of the agreement, during which the positions may be created;
4° The collective working hours applicable in the employing organisation;
5° For each position, the working hours fixed in the employment contract of the employee occupying the position;
6° The objectives set to ensure the professionalisation of the activities envisaged and, where applicable, the training and professional qualification measures for the employees carrying out these activities;
7° The collective agreement that may be applicable;
8° The amount and terms of payment of the State aid;
9° The terms and conditions for monitoring the application of the agreement.

La convention emploi-jeune mentionnée au 1° de l’article L. 5134-2 précise notamment :
1° La description des activités prévues ;
2° Le nombre de postes et la nature des contrats de travail ouvrant droit à l’aide dont la création est envisagée ;
3° La fixation de la période, de douze mois au plus à compter de la conclusion de la convention, pendant laquelle les postes peuvent être créés ;
4° La durée collective de travail applicable dans l’organisme employeur ;
5° Pour chaque poste, la durée du travail fixée au contrat de travail du salarié occupant le poste ;
6° Les objectifs fixés pour assurer la professionnalisation des activités envisagées et, le cas échéant, les actions de formation et de qualification professionnelle des salariés exerçant ces activités ;
7° La convention collective éventuellement applicable ;
8° Le montant et les modalités de versement de l’aide de l’Etat ;
9° Les modalités du contrôle de l’application de la convention.
