Article D5135-7 of the French Labour Code

The organisations mentioned in 1° to 3° and 4° bis of article L. 5135-2 may enter into agreements with an organisation employing or supporting people receiving work experience to authorise the latter organisation to prescribe work experience periods for these people.

This authorisation may not be linked to any financial clause and the body that granted it may suspend or withdraw it without notice.

Les organismes mentionnés aux 1° à 3° et 4° bis de l’article L. 5135-2 peuvent conclure avec un organisme employant ou accompagnant des bénéficiaires de mise en situation en milieu professionnel des conventions autorisant ce dernier organisme à prescrire pour ces bénéficiaires des périodes de mise en situation en milieu professionnel.

Cette autorisation ne peut être liée à aucune clause financière et l’organisme qui l’a accordée peut la suspendre ou la retirer sans préavis.
