Article D5424-59 of the French Labour Code

The duration of compensation for the end-of-rights allowance is :
1° 61 days when the unemployed worker has less than five years’ seniority within the meaning of article D. 5424-55;
2° 92 days when the unemployed worker has at least five years’ seniority or more;
3° 182 days when the unemployed worker has ten years’ seniority or more.
