Article D5424-65 of the French Labour Code

By way of derogation from the rule of territorial jurisdiction set out in Article R. 5422-11, the objection of the debtor who is the subject of the constraint mentioned in Article L. 5422-16 is lodged with the court within whose jurisdiction the creditor organisation has its registered office when the constraint has been issued for the recovery of contributions and late payment increases due for the employment of intermittent employees in the film production, audiovisual or entertainment professions.

Par dérogation à la règle de compétence territoriale énoncée à l’article R. 5422-11, l’opposition du débiteur faisant l’objet de la contrainte mentionnée à l’article L. 5422-16 est formée auprès du tribunal dans le ressort duquel l’organisme créancier a son siège lorsque la contrainte a été délivrée pour le recouvrement de contributions et de majorations de retard dues pour l’emploi de salariés intermittents relevant des professions de la production cinématographique, de l’audiovisuel ou du spectacle.
