Article D551-18 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The decision to end material reception conditions taken pursuant to article L. 551-16 shall be in writing, give reasons and be taken after the applicant has been given the opportunity to submit written observations to the French Office for Immigration and Integration within a period of fifteen days. It takes into account the applicant’s vulnerability. This decision takes effect from the date it is signed.
Where the decision is based on the fact that the applicant has concealed their financial resources, has provided false information about their family situation or has submitted several asylum applications under different identities, it will result in the repayment of amounts unduly paid to the recipient of the allowance.

Article D551-18
