Article D553-14 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The birth of a child is taken into account for the calculation of the amount of the allowance from receipt of the original birth certificate and, where applicable, the certificate signed by the accommodation operator or structure responsible for supporting asylum seekers.
