Article D553-20 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration (French Office for Immigration and Integration) sends the following information to the Agence de services et de paiement (Services and Payment Agency) on a monthly basis:
1° A list of the names of those receiving the allowance;
2° Information identifying the recipients: gender, surname, first name, date of birth, address associated with the file where applicable, as well as the file numbers allocated to recipients in the Office’s automated processing whose purpose is to ensure the management and steering of the asylum seeker reception centre system and in the application for managing the files of foreign nationals in France;
3° The amount of the allowance to be paid and the withdrawal or payment card number or, where applicable, the bank details of recipients.

L’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration communique, mensuellement, à l’agence de services et de paiement :
1° La liste nominative des personnes bénéficiaires de l’allocation ;
2° Les éléments propres à identifier les allocataires : sexe, nom, prénom, date de naissance, adresse associée au dossier le cas échéant, ainsi que les numéros de dossier attribués aux allocataires dans le traitement automatisé de l’office ayant pour objet d’assurer la gestion et le pilotage du dispositif des centres d’accueil des demandeurs d’asile et dans l’application de gestion des dossiers des ressortissants étrangers en France ;
3° Le montant de l’allocation à verser et le numéro de carte de retrait ou de paiement ou, le cas échéant les coordonnées bancaires des allocataires.
