Article D6114-7 of the French Public Health Code

The contract signed between the Director General of the Regional Health Agency and the Director of the health establishment or the holder of the authorisation is brought to the attention of the fund referred to in Articles L. 174-2, L. 174-2-1, L. 174-18 or L. 752-1 of the Social Security Code as well as the fund mentioned in article 3 of order no. 77-1102 of 26 September 1977 extending and adapting various provisions relating to social affairs to the department of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon and article 22 of order no. 96-1122 of 20 December 1996 relating to the improvement of public health in Mayotte. The fund is also informed of any modification or termination affecting this contract.

Le contrat signé entre le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé et le directeur de l’établissement de santé ou le titulaire de l’autorisation est porté à la connaissance de la caisse mentionnée aux articles L. 174-2, L. 174-2-1, L. 174-18 ou L. 752-1 du code de la sécurité sociale ainsi que de la caisse mentionnée à l’article 3 de l’ordonnance n° 77-1102 du 26 septembre 1977 portant extension et adaptation au département de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon de diverses dispositions relatives aux affaires sociales et à l’article 22 de l’ordonnance n° 96-1122 du 20 décembre 1996 relative à l’amélioration de la santé publique à Mayotte. La caisse est également informée de toute modification ou résiliation affectant ce contrat.
