Article D6124-177-16 of the French Public Health Code

Care is organised in such a way that, depending on the patient’s clinical condition, at least two sequences of treatment, either individual or collective, are given to each patient every working day in the case of full hospitalisation, or every time a patient comes for part-time hospitalisation.

L’organisation des soins permet de dispenser à chaque patient, selon son état clinique, chaque jour ouvré dans le cadre d’une hospitalisation complète ou à chaque venue dans le cadre d’une hospitalisation à temps partiel, au moins deux séquences de traitement, individuelles ou collectives.
