The care circuit for children and adolescents in a medical inpatient unit, downstream of the paediatric emergency department, is organised when such an emergency department is located on the same site.

In the event of the creation or restructuring of a paediatric medical inpatient sector, the premises comprising it are located in the same building and close to the paediatric emergency department, where this exists on the same site.

Le circuit de prise en charge des enfants et adolescents en unité d’hospitalisation de médecine, en aval du service des urgences pédiatriques, est organisé lorsqu’un tel service d’urgences est implanté sur le même site.

En cas de création ou de restructuration d’un secteur d’hospitalisation en médecine pédiatrique, les locaux qui le composent sont implantés dans le même bâtiment et à proximité du service des urgences pédiatriques, lorsque celui-ci existe sur le même site.
