I.-The multidisciplinary team of a paediatric medicine unit is trained to meet the psychological developmental needs of children and adolescents. Where appropriate, it sets up therapeutic education programmes.
II.-The holder of the authorisation organises the reception, information and support of parents, in conjunction with a social worker and a psychologist and, where necessary, with the assistance of a child psychiatrist.
III – When the holder of the authorisation takes charge of an adolescent aged sixteen or over in an adult medical inpatient unit on the site, the adolescent is accommodated in a dedicated room.
