I.-The holder of the cross-sectional imaging authorisation has the facilities required for the equipment to operate correctly, with premises suitable for the proper care of patients, in compliance with the rules of hygiene and asepsis, care safety and protection against ionising radiation.
II.-the holder has premises comprising at least:
1° A patient reception area;
2° An area dedicated to patient examination;
3° An area for preparing for the examination and communicating results, enabling in particular:
a) Analysis of the relevance of examination requests and confirmation of indications;
b) Definition and conduct of the technical radiological protocol;
c) Interpretation of images and drafting of the report;
d) Communicating the results of the examination to patients in confidence.
