Article D6124-256 of the French Public Health Code

I.-The authorisation holder has one or more multidisciplinary teams comprising :

1° One or more nurses;

2° One or more care assistants;

3° One or more psychologists;

4° One or more social workers;

5° Where necessary, one or more physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychomotor therapists, speech therapists, dieticians, professionals qualified to provide adapted physical activity within the meaning of Article L. 1172-1.

The number and speciality or qualifications of staff are adapted to the health needs of the patients being cared for, the technical characteristics of the care provided and the volume of activity.

II – A referral professional is designated within the team mentioned in I for each patient cared for.

I.-Le titulaire de l’autorisation dispose d’une ou plusieurs équipes pluridisciplinaires comprenant :

1° Un ou plusieurs infirmiers ;

2° Un ou plusieurs aides-soignants ;

3° Un ou plusieurs psychologues ;

4° Un ou plusieurs assistants de service social ;

5° En tant que de besoin, un ou plusieurs masseurs-kinésithérapeutes, ergothérapeutes, psychomotriciens, orthophonistes, diététiciens, professionnels habilités à dispenser une activité physique adaptée au sens de l’article L. 1172-1.

Le nombre et la spécialité ou la qualification des personnels sont adaptés aux besoins de santé des patients pris en charge, aux caractéristiques techniques des soins dispensés et au volume d’activité.

II.-Un professionnel référent pour chaque patient pris en charge est désigné au sein de l’équipe mentionnée au I.
