The implementation of on-the-job training includes :
° Analysis of the work activity in order, where appropriate, to adapt it for teaching purposes;
° Prior appointment of a trainer who may act as a tutor;
° The introduction of reflective phases, separate from the work situations and designed to use the lessons learned from the work situation for teaching purposes, which enable the differences between the expectations, the achievements and the knowledge gained from each work situation to be observed and analysed in order to consolidate and explain what has been learnt;
° Specific assessments of what has been learned during the training, at the end of the course.
