Article D6323-10-5 of the French Labour Code

As part of an application for a professional transition project financed under the conditions mentioned inarticle L. 221-1-5 of the Social Security Code, the employer’s authorisation mentioned in article R. 6323-10 must be express and accompanied by an agreement relating to the co-financing mentioned in 3° of article D. 6323-9-2.

The co-financing may be covered by the skills operator mentioned in article L. 6332-1 to which the company belongs.

Dans le cadre d’une demande de projet de transition professionnelle financé dans les conditions mentionnées à l’article L. 221-1-5 du code de la sécurité sociale, l’autorisation de l’employeur mentionnée à l’article R. 6323-10 doit être expresse et accompagnée d’un accord relatif au cofinancement mentionné au 3° de l’article D. 6323-9-2.

Le cofinancement peut faire l’objet d’une prise en charge par l’opérateur de compétences mentionné à l’article L. 6332-1 dont relève l’entreprise.
