Article D6325-10 of the French Labour Code

As part of a professionalisation contract signed with a temporary employment company, an intermediary association or an employers’ group, the user company appoints a tutor responsible for carrying out, during the periods of secondment, the tasks set out in 1°, 2° and 3° of article D. 6325-7.

The temporary employment undertaking, intermediary association or employers’ group also appoints a tutor responsible for carrying out, in conjunction with the tutor from the user undertaking, the tasks set out in 4° and 5° of article D. 6325-7. The conditions laid down in articles D. 6325-6 and D. 6325-9 do not apply to this tutor.

Dans le cadre d’un contrat de professionnalisation conclu avec une entreprise de travail temporaire, une association intermédiaire ou un groupement d’employeurs, l’entreprise utilisatrice désigne un tuteur chargé d’exercer, pendant les périodes de mise à disposition, les missions prévues aux 1°, 2° et 3° de l’article D. 6325-7.

L’entreprise de travail temporaire, l’association intermédiaire ou le groupement d’employeurs désigne également un tuteur chargé d’exercer, en lien avec le tuteur de l’entreprise utilisatrice, les missions prévues aux 4° et 5° de l’article D. 6325-7. Les conditions prévues aux articles D. 6325-6 et D. 6325-9 ne s’appliquent pas à ce tuteur.
