Article D6325-15 of the French Labour Code

The salary may not be less than 55% of the minimum growth wage for beneficiaries aged under twenty-one and 70% of the minimum growth wage for beneficiaries aged twenty-one and over.
These salaries may not be less than 65% or 80% of the minimum growth wage, respectively, if the beneficiary has a qualification at least equal to that of a vocational baccalaureate or a professional qualification or diploma of the same level.

Le salaire ne peut être inférieur à 55 % du salaire minimum de croissance pour les bénéficiaires âgés de moins de vingt et un ans et à 70 % du salaire minimum de croissance pour les bénéficiaires âgés de vingt et un ans et plus.
Ces rémunérations ne peuvent, respectivement, être inférieures à 65 % et 80 % du salaire minimum de croissance, lorsque le bénéficiaire est titulaire d’une qualification au moins égale à celle d’un baccalauréat professionnel ou d’un titre ou diplôme à finalité professionnelle de même niveau.
