Article D6325-17 of the French Labour Code

Except where a lower rate is provided for by a collective agreement or contract, the benefits in kind received by the holder of the professionalisation contract may be deducted from salary up to a limit of 75% of the deduction authorised for other employees by the applicable social security regulations.
These deductions may not exceed, each month, an amount equal to three quarters of the salary.

Excepté dans le cas où un taux moins élevé est prévu par une convention collective ou un contrat, les avantages en nature dont bénéficie le titulaire du contrat de professionnalisation peuvent être déduits du salaire dans la limite de 75 % de la déduction autorisée pour les autres salariés par la réglementation applicable en matière de sécurité sociale.
Ces déductions ne peuvent excéder, chaque mois, un montant égal aux trois quarts du salaire.
