If the review of the implementation report shows that the number of support measures carried out is less than that provided for in the agreement or that the content and methods of implementation of the support measures do not comply with the agreement, the corresponding sums are deducted from the balance of the aid still to be paid and, where applicable, repaid to the Treasury for the part exceeding the amount of the balance.

Lorsqu’il ressort de l’examen du bilan d’exécution que le nombre d’accompagnements réalisés est inférieur à celui prévu par la convention ou que le contenu et les modalités de mise en œuvre de l’accompagnement ne sont pas conformes à la convention, les sommes correspondantes sont déduites du solde de l’aide restant à verser et, le cas échéant, reversées au Trésor public pour la part excédant le montant du solde.
