Article D6325-7 of the French Labour Code

The tutor’s duties are as follows:
1° Welcoming, helping, informing and guiding the beneficiaries of the professionalisation contract;
2° Organising, with the employees concerned, the activity of these beneficiaries within the company and contributing to the acquisition of professional know-how;
3° Ensuring that the beneficiary’s timetable is respected;
4° Liaising with the body or service responsible for the beneficiaries’ assessment, training and support activities outside the company;
5° Participating in the assessment of the training follow-up.

Les missions du tuteur sont les suivantes :
1° Accueillir, aider, informer et guider les bénéficiaires du contrat de professionnalisation ;
2° Organiser avec les salariés intéressés l’activité de ces bénéficiaires dans l’entreprise et contribuer à l’acquisition des savoir-faire professionnels ;
3° Veiller au respect de l’emploi du temps du bénéficiaire ;
4° Assurer la liaison avec l’organisme ou le service chargé des actions d’évaluation, de formation et d’accompagnement des bénéficiaires à l’extérieur de l’entreprise ;
5° Participer à l’évaluation du suivi de la formation.
