Article D711-10-1 of the French Commercial code

Within the scope of their powers, the territorial chambers of commerce and industry and the regional chambers of commerce and industry are competent authorities pursuant to article 32 of law no. 2010-853 of 23 July 2010 relating to consular networks, trade, craft industries and services. To this end, they cooperate with the competent authorities of the other Member States of the European Union or the States party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

Dans le cadre de leurs attributions, les chambres de commerce et d’industrie territoriales et les chambres de commerce et d’industrie de région sont autorités compétentes en application de l’article 32 de la loi n° 2010-853 du 23 juillet 2010 relative aux réseaux consulaires, au commerce, à l’artisanat et aux services. Elles coopèrent à ce titre avec les autorités compétentes des autres Etats membres de l’Union européenne ou des Etats parties à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen.
