Article D711-10 of the French Commercial code

Chambers of commerce and industry are responsible for providing services to business start-ups and takeovers, as well as to industrial, commercial and service companies in their area.

To fulfil this role, they provide companies with all the information and advice they need to help them develop.

They may also set up and directly provide other advisory and assistance services to companies, in compliance with competition law and subject to cost accounting.

Pour l’exercice de cette mission, elles apportent aux entreprises toutes informations et tous conseils utiles pour leur développement.

Elles peuvent également créer et assurer directement d’autres dispositifs de conseil et d’assistance aux entreprises, dans le respect du droit de la concurrence et sous réserve de la tenue d’une comptabilité analytique.
