Article D7342-1 of the French Labour Code

The contribution referred to in the first paragraph of Article L. 7342-2 and the contribution referred to in the first paragraph of Article L. 7342-3 are paid by the platform when the self-employed worker has generated turnover on the platform equal to or greater than 13% of the annual social security ceiling during the calendar year in respect of which the contribution was paid.

The support costs and the allowance referred to in the second paragraph of Article L. 7342-3 are paid by the platform if the self-employed worker generated turnover on the platform equal to or greater than 13% of the annual social security ceiling over the last calendar year.

Article D7342-1

La cotisation mentionnée au premier alinéa de l’article L. 7342-2 et la contribution mentionnée au premier alinéa de l’article L. 7342-3 sont prises en charge par la plateforme lorsque le travailleur indépendant a réalisé sur la plateforme, au cours de l’année civile au titre de laquelle la cotisation et la contribution ont été acquittées, un chiffre d’affaires égal ou supérieur à 13 % du plafond annuel de la sécurité sociale.

Les frais d’accompagnement et l’indemnité mentionnés au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 7342-3 sont pris en charge par la plateforme lorsque le travailleur indépendant a réalisé sur la plateforme, au cours de la dernière année civile écoulée, un chiffre d’affaires égal ou supérieur à 13 % du plafond annuel de la sécurité sociale.
