Article D7342-4 of the French Labour Code

When several platforms are required to pay the contributions and expenses mentioned in Articles D. 7342-1 to D. 7342-3, each of them reimburses them in proportion to the turnover that the self-employed worker has achieved through its intermediary, in relation to the total turnover that he or she has achieved during the calendar year through the intermediary of the platforms mentioned in Article L. 7341-1.

Article D7342-4

Lorsque plusieurs plateformes sont tenues de prendre en charge les cotisations, contributions et frais mentionnés aux articles D. 7342-1 à D. 7342-3, chacune d’entre elles les rembourse au prorata du chiffre d’affaires que le travailleur indépendant a réalisé par son intermédiaire, rapporté au chiffre d’affaires total qu’il a réalisé au cours de l’année civile par l’intermédiaire des plateformes mentionnées à l’article L. 7341-1.
