The platform shall bring the administrative decision to approve the charter to the attention of each of the employees with whom it is associated on the date on which the charter is approved, by electronic means or by any other means which confers a date certain on the receipt of this information.

La plateforme porte la décision administrative d’homologation de la charte à la connaissance de chacun des travailleurs avec lesquels elle est liée à la date à laquelle la charte est homologuée, par voie électronique ou par tout autre moyen permettant de conférer date certaine à la réception de cette information.
