Article D8223-2 of the French Labour Code

The response to the employee’s request is sent to him/her within thirty days of receipt of the request.
It contains information relating to :
1° The existence or otherwise of a declaration prior to recruitment concerning the employee, corresponding to the date of recruitment and the period of employment mentioned in the request;
2° Where recruitment has been the subject of a declaration, the foreseeable date and time of recruitment indicated by the employer, as well as the date and time at which the declaration was made;
3° The company name or surname and forenames of the employer who made the declaration as well as his business address and, where applicable, his SIRET number.

La réponse à la demande du salarié lui est adressée dans les trente jours qui suivent la réception de sa demande.
Elle contient les informations relatives à :
1° L’existence ou non d’une déclaration préalable à l’embauche le concernant, correspondant à la date d’embauche et à la période d’emploi mentionnées dans sa demande ;
2° Lorsque l’embauche a fait l’objet d’une déclaration, la date et l’heure prévisibles d’embauche indiquées par l’employeur, ainsi que la date et l’heure auxquelles il a procédé à la déclaration ;
3° La dénomination sociale ou les nom et prénoms de l’employeur qui a procédé à cette déclaration ainsi que son adresse professionnelle et, le cas échéant, son numéro SIRET.
