Article L112-6 of the French Consumer Code

The guarantee mentioned in article L. 112-5 comes to an end:
1° On the date on which the situation of the professional is no longer identical to that presented in the application; the procedures for establishing this situation and informing the professional are specified by decree in the Conseil d’Etat;
2° On the date on which there is a change in the applicable legislation or regulations likely to affect the validity of the guarantee;
3° From the date on which the administrative authority notifies the professional of the change in its assessment. This notification is subject to prior information of the professional.

Article L112-6

La garantie mentionnée à l’article L. 112-5 prend fin :
1° A la date à laquelle la situation du professionnel n’est plus identique à celle présentée dans la demande ; les modalités de constatation de cette situation et d’information du professionnel sont précisées par décret en Conseil d’Etat ;
2° A la date à laquelle est intervenue une modification dans la législation ou la réglementation applicable de nature à affecter la validité de la garantie ;
3° A compter du jour où l’autorité administrative notifie au professionnel la modification de son appréciation. Cette notification fait l’objet d’une information préalable du professionnel.
