The employer shall take all necessary steps to prevent, put an end to and punish acts of sexual harassment.
In the workplace and on the premises or at the door of the premises where recruitment takes place, the persons referred to in article L. 1153-2 shall be informed by any means of the text ofarticle 222-33 of the French Penal Code, as well as of the civil and criminal proceedings that are open in relation to sexual harassment and the contact details of the competent authorities and services. The list of these services is defined by decree.
