Article L122-15 of the French Sports Code

The agreement provided for in article L. 122-14 comes into force after its approval by the administrative authority.

It is deemed to have been approved if the administrative authority has not made known its opposition within two months of its transmission.

Article L122-15

La convention prévue à l’article L. 122-14 entre en vigueur après son approbation par l’autorité administrative.

Elle est réputée approuvée si l’autorité administrative n’a pas fait connaître son opposition dans un délai de deux mois à compter de sa transmission.
