Advertising for the substances mentioned in article L. 1221-2 is prohibited.

Medical information and information intended to indicate the location of depots do not constitute advertising.

By way of derogation from the first paragraph, promotional communication aimed at healthcare professionals relating to plasmas in the production of which no industrial process is involved, mentioned in 1° of article L. 1221-8, is authorised under the conditions defined in chapter III of this title.

La publicité en faveur des substances mentionnées à l’article L. 1221-2 est interdite.

L’information médicale et celle destinée à signaler l’emplacement des dépôts ne constituent pas de la publicité.

Par dérogation au premier alinéa, la communication à caractère promotionnel à destination des professionnels de santé relative aux plasmas dans la production desquels n’intervient pas un processus industriel, mentionnés au 1° de l’article L. 1221-8, est autorisée dans les conditions définies au chapitre III du présent titre.
