Article L1251-18 of the French Labour Code

The remuneration, within the meaning of Article L. 3221-3, received by the temporary employee may not be less than that provided for in the secondment contract, as defined in 6° of Article L. 1251-43.

Payment for public holidays is due to the temporary employee irrespective of his seniority when employees of the user company benefit from it.

La rémunération, au sens de l’article L. 3221-3, perçue par le salarié temporaire ne peut être inférieure à celle prévue au contrat de mise à disposition, telle que définie au 6° de l’article L. 1251-43.

Le paiement des jours fériés est dû au salarié temporaire indépendamment de son ancienneté dès lors que les salariés de l’entreprise utilisatrice en bénéficient.
